In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of Section 2 of the Apprentices Act, 1961 (52 of 1961), and after consultation with the Central Apprenticeship Council, the Central Government hereby specifies the following trades as designated trades for the purposes of the said Act, namely: ---
