In pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 8 of the Apprentices Act, 1961 (52 of 1961) the Central Government after consulting the Central Apprenticeship Council hereby determines that for the designated trades specified in Column 1 of the Table below the ratio of apprentices to workers, other than unskilled workers, in that trade shall be as indicated in column 3 thereof:---
