In pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 8 of the Apprentices Act, 1961 (52 of 1961), the Central Government after consultation with the Apprenticeship Council, hereby determines that for the designated trades specified in Column 1 of the Table below, the ratio of apprentices to workers other than unskilled workers, in that trade shall be as indicated in Column 3 thereof:---
