In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 8 of the Apprentices Act, 1961 and after consulting the Central Apprenticeship Council the Central Government hereby determines the ration of apprentices to workers other than unskilled workers for the following designated trades as specified in Column (1) of the Table below, the code numbers of National Classification of Occupations and the said ratios relating to them are described in the corresponding entries in Columns (2) and (3) of the said Table respectively, namely: ----
